We will examine your computer to diagnose what is causing the problem. This is a minimum charge to look at a computer. No work will be completed until you have been informed of the price to complete the repair and your ok is given. |

| Part Replacement |
This is the basic charge to replace a part inside your computer. The price is per part and does not change depending on the kind of part. This charge does not include the price of the part. This price is in addition to the charge of diagnosis if one is ran. If we replace a part because you believe it is the cause without running a diagnosis we can not guarantee it will solve the problem. |

| Hardware Upgrade |
There is no diagnosis charge in connection with this choice unless you request us to check out your computer and recommend upgrades. This cost is per part and does not vary depending on type of part. This charge does not include the price of the part. |

| Operating System Install |
This price is in addition to the price of the software unless you already own a licensed copy of the software. We will not install an unlicensed copy of the software. This price includes the formating and partitioning of the hard drive in preparation for a clean install. Does not require a diagnosis fee this can be done at the costumers request. |

Operating System Recovery |
Sometimes the operating system becomes damaged and needs recovered there is no guarantee that each operating system can be recovered but we will do our best to recover either the operating system or to recover any important documents for this charge before doing a format and clean install if the operating can not be recovered successfully. |

| Operating System Upgrade |
This price is in addition to the price of the software unless you already own a licensed copy of the software. We will not install an unlicensed copy of the software. S&G will move your computer up to the next available Operating System for example XP to Vista. Does not require a diagnosis fee this can be done at the costumers request. |

This price is in addition to the price of the software unless you already own a licensed copy of the software. We will not install an unlicensed copy of the software. | Other Software Install |
This price is in addition to the price of the software unless you already own a licensed copy of the software. We will not install an unlicensed copy of the software. This is a per program price. Does not require a diagnosis this can be done at the customers request. |

| Virus Removal |
Multiple instances of the same virus are treated as one virus. Due to the need to sometimes remove uncleanable files in virus removal too many viruses on a computer may bring the recommendation to reformat and reinstall the Operating System if there are multiple OS files infected. Price wise this is sometimes a cheaper course of action for the client but is not recommended due to the potential of lost information during the process. It is the you the clients call. |

| Hardware Cleanup |
A hardware cleanup is usually done as a preventative measure to help expand the life of your computer. This involves making sure connections are secure and removing dust and contaminates from inside the computer that can and do shorten the lifespan of your computer. |

This involves removing unwanted programs, registry repairs, checking for hard disk damage, defragmention of the hard disk, the removal of spyware, the removal of adware, and cleanup of cookies and temp files that can slow down your computer. |

Just because a job is not listed in this price list do not assume we can't do it. This price list is a general list of the most common repairs requested in this area to use as a guideline and is not a full listing of our services. For other services please see our house call list or call for more information. Other jobs are normally done on a per hour basis. |
