At S&G we believe in morals and values. We take pride in our work. To begin the initial order we do not collect money. We believe that no one should have to pay for something then wait for the product to arrive.
Our order process begins with the form below. Which sets up our contact. The form will be replied to with a link to a page that allows you to tell us more specifically what you need and expect. At S&G we believe that the customer needs to be involved in many decisions that are to be made in designing a website from color scheme to finished product we strive to serve you with a smile.
Our process begins with a discussion of your needs and getting the most for your money. At S&G we believe in pleasing the customer but please be aware that web design is a large project that must have your input as well as ours. S&G is the graphical designer we will code the content and make it look pleasing to the eye as well as functional. But we can not write the majority of the content because only you know your business and what you want said we can assist and help edit but the content if needed.
Any information submitted during this discussion is confidential and the property of you the client. After this discussion we will send you a formal presentation via email. This presentation will includea proposal letter, a sample template of our ideas for your main page, a website development plan, client responsibilities list, a template signoff sheet, and a invoice for the first of three installments on your purchase price.
We will then begin the creation process. During this process your main page will be designed as well as the other pages of your website. Your webhost and url will be set up. You the client will be responsible for submitting content on time to keep the flow of the website design running smoothly. When this stage is completed the second installment on your purchase amount is invoiced to you and due immediately. a design signoff will be issued at this time as well.
We will then enter the final stage of your design. The website will be proofed by us and you or your representative for typos and misrepresented information and corrections made. The site will be moved onto your webhost and you will be sent a final design signoff and invoiced for the final payment. Upon receipt of the final payment we will send you a release. Until the final payment is recieved the code and intellectual copyright will remain the property of S&G. For more detailed conditions please see our terms of service .
